One thing about summertime is the great thunderstorms we have. Gavin and I sat outside tonight and watched and listened to them for quite awhile.

This was fun since we've heard them ourselves, in person. I'll have to let the girls have a listen. Our RS teacher today talked about the thunderstorms in AZ during monsoon season. As she was describing them, I thought how fun it was that I know exactly what she's talking about. She compared their development to the warning signs we sometimes get (spiritually) that tell us something is coming that we need to prepare for. Good descriptor.
