Last weekend Gavin and I got to go to Scottsdale and met the Larson's there for a visit with Grandpa while he was getting checked out. We stayed at a nice hotel and the kids swam most of the time. It was bloody hot! (more pics to come) My battery died on my camera.

Visiting with cousins

My dad, sister and neices came to visit last week. We had lots of fun and did lots of fun things. We went on a horseback ride in CO, played in the Animas, fished and swam at Navajo Dam, swam in pools, and had fun visiting.

4th of July

We celetbrated the 4th by being lazy all day and then we let off some fireworks which were pretty fun! Happy Freedom!!

Summertime

Gavin and I were in Albuquerque and we went to the zoo. It was very hot, but we had lots of fun. We wanted to jump in with the polar bears

Gavin had swim lessons this month with Leah. He complained everyday, but he had fun.

Utah Trip

Gavin and I took a trip to Utah to visit Aunt Sam. We had lots of fun. I got new shoes(yay!). I took Gavin to Boondocks for some fun because he didn't like all the shopping. As many times as we have gone by "hole in the rock" to Utah and back we have never stopped. So Gavin and I deceided to stop and climb to the top. It was way cool. Steeper than I thought. We had to take a break.

Last Day of School

This is Gavin's favorite teacher so far, Mrs. Phillips. He loves her. She is a great teacher. Firm but loving.

He is so excited for summer break!!

Backyard Paradise

Shane has been making our back yard a bird sanctuary. We love to sit and watch all the different kinds of birds come into the yard. They don't fly away anymore when we go out there. We even have a critter that likes to come eat.

My next birthday present will be a telephoto lens so I can zoom in on the squirrl.

Here is one of my presents, more to come ha ha! We finally got a patio table after years of wanting one.

Piano Recital

Gavin's first paino recital. He has been taking lessons for a few months and loving it.

More Gardening

Nothing exciting happened this week, but we are taking care of the garden. Fuzzy likes to help the water get around the plants. So more pics about gardening. School's out next Wed. Yay!
